Our coal mine located in South Kalimantan province of Indonesia, bounded by the Makassar Strait on the east, the Java Sea on the south, and the provinces of Central Kalimantan on the west and East Kalimantan on the north. South Kalimantan province covers an area of 14,280 square miles (36,985 square km) and includes the isles of Laut, Sebuku, and Balabalangan in the Makassar Strait.

Our sites administratively spread across across Satui,Bunati, Angsana, Setarap and Karang Indah districts of Tanah Bumbu Regency. Tanah Bumbu with Batulicin as its capital, is geographically located between 2o52 - 3o47 south latitude and between 115o15 - 116o04 east longitude. The regency’s coal reserve which is believed to be in the range of 3 trillion metric  tons is bounded by Kotabaru regency in the east and north, Java sea in the south, and Banjar and Tanah Laut regencies in the west.

The coal concession is about 190 km by land transportation or around 4 hour ride from the Syamsudin Noor Airport of Banjarmasin – the capital of South Kalimantan – passing through Pelaihari, Jorong, Kintap, Sungai Danau and Sekapuk. 

The coal mine strategically lies right alongside the Java Sea enabling easy and short access to the sea.
